Education and career

Caroline Jegu began her career at Bouygues SA in September 1985, where she was responsible for the financial side of payroll and relations with the French Treasury.

From 1985 to 2006, she held a number of different positions in payroll, specialising in payroll for site workers and explaining pay slips on worksites. She then took on a managerial responsibilities until 2013.

From 2014 to 2018, she was promoted successively to Deputy department head, Department head, then then Deputy Director. She is currently Deputy Director, Shared-Resource Centre Payroll, France at Bouygues Construction.
