CSR

The European Union is implementing the Green Deal with dual aims of achieving carbon neutrality on the continent by 2050 and preserving resources. The CSRD, or Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, is part of this initiative. It is a European regulation that came into effect on 1 January 2024 requiring companies to be transparent about their sustainability strategy and their results.

Le Minorange invited Edward Bouygues, deputy CEO of the Groupe, and Catherine Saire, a partner at Deloitte France, to explain to readers what this new directive is all about.

OUR talents

Making you grow in your expertise and your knowledge of yourself means making the company grow, together.

OUR FUNDAMENTALS

Working for Bouygues means being part of a big family – one whose members share a common culture and a set of fundamental principles that shape the identity of our unique Group.

To help our employees advance in their careers, we endeavour to create an environment in which they can develop their employability and enhance their skills through support and training programmes.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

It is the Bouygues group’s firmly held belief that in order to successfully fulfil its corporate purpose – to make life better every day for as many people as possible – it must make strong CSR commitments. The Group has rolled out a climate strategy across all its business segments to significantly reduce its carbon footprint and achieve its decarbonisation targets by 2030 in order to address the climate emergency and the impact of its activities..
